MT man turns out his dog for sex on craigslist

2dogshumping

For some reason a lot of people care more about what happens to animals than what happens to people. For example more people hate football player Michael Vick for dog fighting than those who hate Aaron Hernandez who actually murdered a man in cold blood. So since a lot of you don’t really care about the children being abused on craigslist this story is for you.

52-year-old William Farrell Russell of Seeley Lake, Montana, was arrested for allegedly offering his male German Shepherd for sex on craigslist.

Under the section “casual encounters,” Russell allegedly posted “seeking girls knot looking for a good time 0m4w-38.”

Knot is not a typo. Knot is a not so clever code word for people wanting to have sex with dogs. K9 is another one.

This is nothing new for craigslist and has been going on for a very long time. So if you don’t care that craigslist has become a haven for predators looking to prey on children know that it’s also the place where dogs are being constantly violated.

Trench reviews Season 1 of The Flash

the-flash

Yes, I definitely recommend watching this series. Right now it’s tie for my show of the year with Daredevil. All my fears of Barry Allen being played by someone so young were dissuaded throughout the season as Grant Gustin did a great job of portraying a young Barry Allen haunted by the murder of his mother by the man in yellow. Tom Cavanagh was great in the role of the smarmy pretentious Harrison Wells. He’s an underrated actor who was great in this season. However, what I really want to talk about is the season finale.

Michigan woman kidnapped by craigslist date after responding to ad for a submissive

Daniel Louis Symons

Daniel Louis Symons

Real life Peter Griffin over there is Daniel Louis Symons of Chesaning, Michigan. He’s accused of allegedly kidnapping a woman he met on craigslist. Michigan State Police say that Symons posted an ad looking for a submissive partner. Remember that part because it becomes important later. A 22-year-old woman responded to the ad however, she claims that Symons was not the man in the picture he allegedly sent. Symons is said to have forced the woman into his car.

Police pulled Symons over because his car was swerving. The victim was kicking around in the back seat causing Symons to get pulled over on suspicion of DUI. Officers found the victim in the back seat with a bag over her head, duct tape on her mouth and her hands bound by zip ties.

For those of you unfamiliar the term submissive, or sub, is used by people in the BDSM lifestyle. Some in the BDSM community might say that this was not a kidnapping at all but some kind of sexual role play. It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen this used as a defense. Here’s the problem with that supposition. Symons allegedly misrepresented himself to his victim. That leads me to believe that this incident was not consensual.

Now there was a previous incident where a woman claimed she was kidnapped and raped by a man she met of craigslist but that turned out to be false as that woman admitted to indulging in a rape fantasy. Could that also be the case here? Possibly, and if it is I’ll post as much however, until that happens, and I don’t think it will, yet another craigslist predator has been taken off the streets.

Symons is being held on $500K bond.

Backpage prostitute murdered in Wisconsin

Andre Robinson

Andre Robinson

Backpage has its share of murderers but due to the lack of alliteration they don’t always get the attention of their craigslist killing cohorts. For example, take the story of 19-year-old Brandy Carroll. Her services were ordered off of Backpage by 38-year-old Andre Robinson of Beloit, Wisconsin. Robinson would be her final client as he’s been charged with allegedly murdering Ms. Carroll.

Police haven’t released all the details of the murder except to say that at some point in the night Ms. Carroll fell down the basement stairs in Robinson’s home. Reports also say that she also suffered from stab wounds and blunt force trauma although a cause of death has not been released beyond ‘homicidal violence’.

Sites like Backpage are obviously not making it safer for prostitutes as many would claim. It’s just allowing the murderers to kill their victims in more comfortable surroundings.

Bronx teacher not so smart as craigslist creeper

pedobearbusted

27-year-old Jonathan Blum is a high school teacher in the Bronx although that may not make him the brightest bulb. New York investigators say that Blum posted a craigslist ad allegedly looking for sex with someone underage who was “interested in messing around with a licensed real teacher.” He might as well have just called the police to turn himself in to eliminate the middle man. Instead police posed as a 14-year-old girl and were able to arrest Blum at a pre-arranged meeting place.

At least this exposed a teacher as an alleged predator before he could hopefully harm any kids.

Trench reviews Season 3 of Arrow

arrow3

***SPOILERS***

This was probably my least favorite season of Arrow so far. The things that didn’t have going for it was that the main villain was a Batman villain that to my recollection Green Arrow never had any contact with. Yeah I know, Comic Book Guy complaint but it’s a pretty major Batman villain. I also didn’t care for The Atom is Iron Man. Granted originally Brandon Routh was supposed to play Ted Kord instead of Ray Palmer but then the rights for Blue Beetle went elsewhere so I can kind of forgive that. I also didn’t like the inclusion of metahumans but I guess they kind of had to do that because of The Flash spinoff, I just wish they left the metahumans in Central City.

Speaking of which I will say one thing about Arrow and Flash this season. I like how both Ollie and Barry called on each other for help occasionally. Unlike in the MCU where Tony Stark gets attacked in Iron Man 3 and The Avengers are nowhere to be found.

Season 2 has been my favorite season so far because I’m a Deathstroke fan. Season 3 was ok however I am curious to see where they’re going with season 4.

If you haven’t seen Season 2 Arrow not only do I recommend it but you can help the site out by buying it from Amazon through this link.

Arrow: Season 2

SC man accused of having ‘sexual relationship’ with girl he met on MeetMe

Adam Bishop

Adam Bishop

Big Head Todd over there is 20-year-old Adam Bishop of Greer, South Carolina. He’s been accused of allegedly having a ‘sexual relationship’ with a 14-year-old girl that he met on MeetMe. The ‘relationship’ is said to have been almost a year long.

If you notice the sarcasm quotes all over this post it’s because a 14-year-old girl can not legally consent to a sexual relationship in South Carolina. Therefore what the article calls a ‘sexual relationship’ should be called what it really is, statutory rape with emphasis on the rape.

If you’re not familiar with MeetMe it’s the spiritual successor to the gaudy meat market that MySpace used to be. While its terms of service may allow for underage kids to be on their site I wouldn’t recommend it for kids since it’s mostly used for hook ups.

Trench reviews Season 2 of Agents of SHIELD

agents-of-shield-season-two

These are more recommendations rather than reviews but you get the idea.

***MINOR SPOILERS***

Anyway, I liked Season 2 better than the first season. Between the start of the season with HYDRA being in control then working up to Skye’s father along with the Inhumans made for a somewhat jumbled season but it came together nicely in the end.

The one thing that really annoys me about Agents of SHIELD is that they expect you to go see the MCU movies the week they come out. They’ll hint at it with the preceding episode then talk about the movie like it just happened on the next one. They did this with Winter Soldier last season and with Age of Ultron this season. I don’t watch the MCU movies until they’re out on DVD so thanks for that Disney.

Bottom line, like last season this season was also a slow burn culminating in a blowout season finale so be warned it gets kind of slow in the middle but it’s worth slogging through it.

If you haven’t seen the first season how about helping out the site by purchasing it through Amazon.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Season 1 [Blu-ray]

WI craigslist creeper wanted someone to donate for the mom and daughter fantasy

Bradley Kosmatka

Bradley Kosmatka

43-year-old Bradley Kosmatka of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, was recently arrested on charges of attempted child enticement, attempted sexual assault of a child under 16 and trafficking of a child. It all started when a state investigator found an ad in the craigslist personals that was entitled…

“Donate for the Mom and daughter fantasy — m4ww — 40 (Grafton)”

Ick. For the uninitiated this usually means that someone wants to ‘have sex’ with a mother and her underage daughter, but mostly just the underage daughter. Like I said, ick.

Thankfully the investigator responded to the ad posing as a mother with two daughters ages 14 and 11. Kosmatka allegedly wanted the 14-year-old to join in while the 11-year-old watched.

Kosmatka was arrested at a McDonald’s, naturally, where he is said to have denied wanting to have sex with the girl and that he was going to give the mother money for a baby sitter.

As I’ve said before there actually are parents out there who are willing to loan their kids to pedophiles for either money or joining in and craigslist continues to turn a blind eye to them.

Connecticut craigslist creeper blackmails boy

Steven Turner

Steven Turner

20-year-old Steven Turner of New Britain, Connecticut, is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy that he met through craigslist. As much as some people like to believe that teenagers aren’t posting ads on craigslist the victim in this case did. Not only did Turner allegedly sexually assault the boy but he is also said to have blackmailed the victim into giving him money and jewelry to keep silent about the matter.

Police departments can offer all the space they want for people to feel safe while transacting business through craigslist but something like this can’t be prevented unless parents make sure their kids are staying off of craigslist. Craigslist sure isn’t looking out for your kids after all.
