The 2012 Trenchie Awards

12-years in a row people. That’s dedication. Anyway, on to the show.

Best Movie: The Dark Knight Rises. Best movie of the trilogy and possibly the best comic book movie ever. Avengers was ok but the middle of the movie bored the crap out of me while TDKR had me hanging on every second.

Worst Movie: The Amazing Spider-Man. Possibly the worst cast movie of all time. The only casting they got right was Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy. The story was bland and there was little to no action at all in this movie.

Best Album: This was a tough choice to make so I won’t make one. It’s actually a tie this year between “The Strange Case of…” by Halestorm and “The Electric Age” by Overkill. Halestorm is a great band fronted by the talented Lzzy Hale that actually rocks. Pure rock and roll by Halestorm and they’ve matured as a band with their second release. And Overkill keeps producing the best thrash known to mankind. No worst album this year.

Best TV Show: Arrow. A great action packed show based on a B-List superhero but Arrow delivers the goods and has plenty of hidden comic geek references to keep me coming back. I mean so far there’s been Deadshot, Deathstroke, and The Huntress. What’s not cool about that? Also as far as animated goes I highly recommend TRON: Uprising. No worst TV this year either.

Best Comic: The Incredible Hulk. I really liked the juxtaposition of roles with Hulk being the victim and Banner being the insane one. Notable mention goes to The Punisher for a great storyline with his female apprentice.

Worst Comics: It’s a tie between most of the New 52 and Marvel NOW!. Marvel says don’t call it a reboot. Fuck you. It’s a reboot.

Best OS: New category folks. I’m getting even geekier in my old age. Anyway, the winner is Voyager. This is a French distro based on Xubuntu that is not only chock full of eye candy but comes preloaded with a cubic ass-ton of useful software.

Worst OS: Windows 8. Holy hell what were they thinking? I refuse to use an OS that looks like 1970s industrial carpeting. Tablets are for kids.

Dumbasses of 2012: I’d like to say it would be the media for the misinformation they put out about the Aurora and Sandy Hook shootings but that would be too easy. Instead, even though I don’t like to give them any more attention, it would have to be the ‘Holmies’. These are the idiot teen girl murder groupies on Tumblr who think that the Aurora gunman James Holmes is dreamy.

Most Inane Political Agenda of 2012: A late entrant but I have to give it to NRA President Wayne LaPierre for even remotely insinuating that Sandy Hook had anything do with video games. How many times does this myth need to debunked? Hell, I don’t think that even he who shall not be named, not Voldemort, even said that about Sandy Hook.

Biggest Jackass Celebrity of 2012: Johnny Depp for being the world’s richest murder groupie. Much like 2011’s winner Peter Jackson, Depp also got matching tattoos with convicted child killer Damien Echols. Not only that but it was a tattoo that Echols himself supposedly designed. I imagine it looks like something a high school stoner would scrawl on their notebooks.

That’s it for this year kids. As always don’t be a statistic tonight and we’ll see you again in another year.

State of Washington forced to settle with Backpage

State agrees to work to repeal law opposed by

Earlier this year the state of Washington passed Senate Bill 6251 into law. In a nutshell the law required websites and publications doing business in the state of Washington to verify the ages of the women being advertised in ‘escort’ ads. Almost immediately Village Voice Media, which owned Backpage at the time, sued to have the law blocked. They won.

More recently a few weeks ago not only has Washington given up on SB 6251 but they’ve also agreed to pay Backpage $200K for legal fees. That’s not just a devastating loss for you know…freedom but it adds insult to injury to a state that is trying its best to stop online sex trafficking of women and children.

While Backpage continues to make money off the exploited women and children in the adult section of their site Attorney General Rob McKenna sums up what the stumbling block is in trying to deal with sites like Backpage…

“But unless Congress acts to revise the section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, an appeal will be extremely challenging and costly. It is unfortunate that because of this ruling, Backpage will continue to profit from sex ads for kids and others. Congress must revisit the CDA in order to close a loophole that allows companies such as Backpage to make millions advertising an illegal service that takes a particularly devastating toll on children,”

A man after my own heart. As I’m fond of saying the Communications Decency Act was signed into law in 1996. That was the infancy of a publicly available internet. Do you remember the internet from 1996? I wasn’t even on it yet but it dredges up memories of dial-up modems, AOL discs and Netscape. How much has the internet evolved in the past 16 years? Shouldn’t the CDA evolve along with it? And again what is more important, Backpage’s ‘right’ to make money from sexual slavery or the rights of the women and children on their pages not to be sold?

U.S. Senate passes Backpage resolution

In other news this past week that probably almost everyone missed the U.S. Senate passed a resolution (S. Res. 439) calling for Village Voice Media to take down the adult section of Backpage.

While I appreciate the effort this shows me a couple of things. The first is that it’s obvious that congress is behind the times since Village Voice Media no longer owns Backpage. Backpage is now owned by the founders of Village Voice Media and supposedly no longer has any connection to the Village Voice family of newspapers. Secondly this resolution will be about as effective as a strongly worded letter from the U.N. to Iran, as in not effective at all. Backpage will continue to go on about how it’s their constitutional right to collect advertising money from pimps and traffickers in order to exploit women and children that are in sexual slavery.

There is something of actual use to come out of the resolution as it…

…supports the efforts of law enforcement agencies to provide training to law enforcement agents on how to identify victims of sex trafficking, investigate cases of sex trafficking, prosecute sex trafficking offenses and rescue victims of sex trafficking.

Again, the intention is there but the road to hell is paved with congressional resolutions. What we need are new laws. Laws that would not only make the risk greater than the reward for traffickers but for johns as well.

You can pass all the resolutions you want but until real laws with teeth are passed congress is just spinning it’s wheels.

Thanks to Dr. Jones for the tip.

More Newtown news, opinion and myth

Adam Lanza

Adam Lanza

Sorry, I didn’t mean to go a week without posting but real life responsibilities and all that. Anyway there hasn’t been a whole lot of worthwhile news out of Newtown in the past week even though the media seems to think that his hair stylist’s opinion is a big deal.

MOTIVE: Some less reputable websites and news outlets have been saying that the reason Adam Lanza went on a rampage was because his mother, Nancy Lanza, was looking to have him committed. According to the New York Daily news that is not the case

The friend also rejected a report that Nancy was planning to have her son committed to a psychiatric facility.

“Nancy was so dedicated to Adam,” the friend said. “She would never send him away. She just couldn’t do that.”

As a matter of fact I think it was quite the opposite to why Lanza went on his rampage. By most Nancy Lanza was actually trying to integrate her son more into the real word by trying to get him to attend a university. Considering how brilliant he supposedly was I doubt he would have a hard time getting into one. However Lanza was more happy being a virtual shut in playing video games in his mom basement. That’s not a rip, he actually played video games in the basement. My thoughts are at this point is that he resented his mother from trying to tear him away from his comfortable surroundings. At least that’s why I think he shot his mother in the face four times. I still have no idea why he would then go on to attack the school. But it does show that like every other school shooter or would be school shooter he’s just another self-entitled loser who blamed everyone else for their own failures.

COPS IN SCHOOLS: I have nothing against the NRA per se but it seems that their president Wayne LaPierre is somewhat out of touch with the real world. Then again I shouldn’t be surprised because LaPierre is just another clueless politician except the office he holds isn’t public. More cops in schools is not only impractical it’s expensive and unfeasible.

As has been mentioned in the press lately there was an armed officer at Columbine, that didn’t stop the shooters. I’ll add to that, there was an armed guard and metal detectors at Red Lake High School. The metal detectors did not stop Jeff Weise and the armed guard ended up dead. In the less publicized Socastee High School shooting the school’s resource officer was the first target and only by the grace of God wasn’t killed. While these measures do help to some degree they are not the be all and end all of preventing school shootings.

BULLETPROOF BACKPACKS FOR KIDS: Seriously? This is the ultimate in fear mongering. First off even though it’s all over the news the odds of your child being killed in a school shooting are like that of winning the lottery, relatively low. Not only that I believe that the backpacks would be mostly ineffective in a real life situation. I mean they may look impressive but let’s look at this realistically.

The backpacks are kind of like taking a self-defense class. It only works if the attacker attacks in such a way that would make your defense the most effective. In the case of the backpacks you have to be face to face with the gunmen. If he is behind you then you’re screwed. Also kids don’t always have their backpacks within arm’s reach throughout the school day. Not to mention that kids are kids. If this think is even relatively heavy they’ll just leave it in their lockers. Again while it may be somewhat protective in reality you’ll just be out a few hundred bucks.

VIDEO GAMES: Again, seriously? Do we have to go through this crap again? The people who believe that violent video games cause kids to kill remind me of the people who refuse to vaccinate their kids. There is absolutely no evidence that video games cause anyone to be violent. Those killers who have played video games are usually already violent to begin with.

More thoughts on Newtown

Nancy Lanza

I’m a little scatterbrained trying to get this post together so you may have to bear with me if it seems a little disorganized but there’s a lot more ground I’d like to cover.

First up a little news. We may never know the motive behind why Adam Lanza decided to attack Sandy Hook Elementary. The New York Times is reporting that Adam Lanza had no real connection to the school

There was “no connection” between Adam Lanza and Sandy Hook Elementary School, a Connecticut State Police spokesman said Monday afternoon. There had been earlier reports that Mr. Lanza had attended the school as a child. It was not immediately clear if “no connection” meant that Mr. Lanza had not attended the school.

On top of that Nancy Lanza was not nor has ever been a teacher at the school.

Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Adam Lanza had smashed his computer to bits prior to the tragedy possibly to thwart the investigation into the shooting…

The damaged evidence raised the possibility that Mr. Lanza’s rampage may have been premeditated and not a result of a spontaneous decision.

Lastly, there is NO TRUTH to the RUMOR that Adam Lanza got into a fight with four teachers at the school the day before the killings…

[Updated at 6:22 p.m. ET] Earlier reports that the suspected shooter, Adam Lanza, had an altercation with four adults at the school on Thursday have been investigated and are not accurate, according to a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation.

Lt. J. Paul Vance of the Connecticut State Police noted in a news conference Saturday that he knew of no reports about Lanza being involved in any altercations at the school.

Remember this one kids, it becomes important later.

Now on to the opinion…

NANCY LANZA: I’m usually the first person to jump on the parents of a school shooter if they turned a blind eye to the warning signs. I can’t do that in this case. By all accounts, Nancy Lanza was more involved in her son’s life than most parents that don’t have a special needs child are. She was willing to pull up roots and move to wherever Adam wanted to go to college just to make sure he could get a good start on a new life. So even I was taken aback when I saw some Nancy Lanza hate on the internet today. I’m hoping it’s just from a small and ignorant minority. By all accounts, she was her son’s greatest ally and she was shot in the face repeatedly for it.

MORE ON GUNS: Something I forgot to mention about arming teachers in yesterday’s post. If you arm all the teachers with firearms then all those guns are nothing more than a shopping list for a potential school shooter. If school shooters can obtain weapons through straw man gun purchases or steal them from their parents lifting one from a teacher would be no hard challenge. Arming teachers would only work in a perfect world and ours is far from perfect.

COPYCATS: I’m not going to post about ever loser that has made a threat on Facebook or to their wives or whatever in the wake of Newtown. These are the people who are actually looking for some kind of fame. Unless it was a credible threat I will not be posting about those jackholes here.

BLOGGERS BEING ASSHOLES AND SPREADING MYTHS: Earlier today I was reading an L.A. Times article about Dave Cullen’s book Columbine. In it, it’s mentioned that reporting about Columbine was like playing a game of Telephone. If that’s the case (and it was) the reporting out of Newtown was like playing a game of Crappy Tracfone While Going Through A Tunnel In A Lead Lined Truck. So much misinformation was reported about Newtown and just seems to now being perpetuated by some bloggers. One blogger that I used to have a modicum of respect for is still posting that Lanza was at the school the day before the shootings. The only ‘news’ outlets that are still clinging to that part of the story are British tabloids and gossip blogs. This was also a blogger who laid the blame squarely at the feet of Nancy Lanza without hesitation. Another blogger I used to have respect for said that we need to round up all the ‘Aspies’ and put them in a concentration camp further disseminating a myth that Asperger’s automatically makes you a potential killer. (Please see my mea culpa in the comments.)

Granted there’s no school you have to go to in order to become a blogger but some of us actually take pride in our work and to see hacks like this doing a disservice to everybody makes all of us look bad.

One of my blogging mentors once told me controversial but be yourself. If these bloggers are being controversial for the sake of controversy then they’re just page count whores. If they are being true to themselves then I feel sorry for them for keeping themselves in such a state of ignorance.

School shooting plot thwarted in Oklahoma

Sammie Chavez

Columbine-style school shooting foiled at Bartlesville High School:

Oklahoma student arrested for ‘plotting to bomb and shoot students at high school’ on SAME DAY as Connecticut massacre:

Oklahoma teen arrested for alleged school attack plot, hours before assault in Connecticut:

In wake of Friday’s tragedy In Newtown, a lot of people were left asking how can a tragedy like this be prevented, in the majority of cases they are. For example on prior to the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary an 18-year-old named Sammie Chavez was arrested for allegedly plotting a school shooting at Bartlesville High School in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Chavez was arrested early Friday morning on charges of threats to kill which is a felony in Oklahoma. According to local police Chavez allegedly tried recruiting others in to assisting in his plot and threatened to shoot them if they did not assist. They say he planned to have the auditorium chained shut then begin shooting then he would detonate bombs when the police arrived. Reports also say that Chavez had told a teacher that he had recently purchased a .45. Other students supposedly told police that they saw Chavez researching Columbine. It’s also been reported that he was trying to obtain diagrams of the school as well.

So while we’re praying and thinking of the victims in Newtown let’s also pray for and thank the countless number of investigators and law enforcement that stop tragedies like Newtown from happening in the first place.

The Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting

We all know what happened by now, there’s no need for me to rehash it. Instead I’m going to address some things about Friday’s tragedy. Where to start is the only problem.

MENTAL HEALTH: First I want to address the whole Asperger’s issue. It’s being reported that Adam Lanza may have had Asperger’s syndrome which is a disorder on the Autism scale. As I’ve said multiple times on this site Asperger’s does not impair the sufferers ability to tell right from wrong. Several school killers and plotters have tried using Asperger’s as a defense. The one that leaps to mind is John Odgren who stabbed his classmate to death, James Alenson, at their Massachusetts high school. He was sentenced to life. To my recollection and through the stories that I’ve posted on this site no suspect ever claiming Asperger’s as a defense was ever acquitted.

My greatest fear is that with all these claims of Asperger’s as a criminal defense would not only lead to legitimate Asperger’s sufferers being labeled as potential mass murderers but that an Asperger’s defense will eventually lead to killers going free just because some quack testifies that they have Asperger’s. Not to mention that Asperger’s is not a mental disorder but a neurological one.

The other thing people have been saying in the wake of this tragedy is that it highlights the lack of mental healthcare in this country. That couldn’t be any further from the truth. As someone who has a mental illness I was able to get as much help as I needed. The problem was it’s not an overnight fix. It took years for me to finally get the right treatment and I’m a much better person because of it. There is no quick fix and a lot of people with mental illnesses get frustrated and impatient in trying to find the right help.

Another issue is that when people are receiving the right treatment start feeling better than think that they don’t need the treatment anymore and stop. Again this isn’t like a cold where you can just take some pills for a few days and everything is ok. Mental health issues can be a lifelong matter that you may have to deal with.

Also in this day and age there is still an issue of social stigma where mental health issues are concerned. Some of the more ignorant among us think there’s some kind of weakness in admitting that they have mental issues or see someone with mental issues as damaged goods and beyond repair.

Lastly there is a conflict in this country between mental health and civil rights. Unless someone is an immediate danger to themselves and others they cannot be forced to undergo treatment. Adam Lanza was 20 years old. By all rights he could not be forced to undergo any treatment if he didn’t want to as a legal adult.

There is no perfect solution when it comes to mental healthcare and acts of extreme violence. What the country needs is more education however too many people are too entrenched in their beliefs rather than facts.

GUNS: One of the more pro-gun arguments I saw on Friday and yesterday is that our teachers should be armed. One of the more frequent arguments I saw in this regard is that Israeli teachers are armed and the last school shooting there was 39 years ago that was committed by Palestinian terrorists. Here’s the parts that they’re leaving out in that argument. In Israel all citizens are required to serve in the military so they actually receive training in not only the weapons but in situations like an attack on a school. The other thing is that Israel is a country that is constantly at war and under attack. That would never work in the US. First off required military service will never happen in this country secondly can you imagine trying to tell the teachers’ unions in this country that they’ll be required to not only carry firearms but to undergo training in them? It’ll never happen. Also with no offense to teachers some of them among you are not the most outstanding citizens. We can’t hardly go a week without hearing about some teacher that was engaged in illegal activity usually involving one of their students. Now give them guns. Yeah, I don’t think so.

The anti-gun argument was about the ease of which American citizens have access to guns. By most accounts Nancy Lanza was a responsible gun owner and avid collector. I don’t know about the laws in Connecticut but if they’re anything like the gun laws in New Jersey it probably takes an act of God before you can own a gun. There is no pattern in school shootings on whether or not the guns were obtained illegally or not. In Columbine and Red Lake the guns were obtained illegally, in Virginia Tech and NIU they were not.

There is also a lot of ignorance when it comes to guns as well. A lot of people do not know what the terms in relation to guns mean. Some people will hear terms like automatic, semi-automatic and assault rifle and automatically think we’re talking about machine guns. Machine guns are fully automatic by the way and are illegal to own anywhere in this country if memory serves me right. The three types of guns I mentioned all have one thing in common. One trigger pull means one bullet.

Again when it comes to solving gun crimes in this country there are no easy answers. You can’t take the guns away from responsible citizens until you do something about all the illegal guns that are out there. Solve that problem and you probably have a Nobel prize on your way.

FAME/INFAMY: Another thing I noticed in the past couple of days were people saying that Adam Lanza’s name should never be published as it gives them the fame or infamy that they were looking for. I wholeheartedly disagree with this. I think that history’s most vile monsters should never be forgotten. In my opinion it’s similar to those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.

Also let’s look at this realistically. Prior to Friday in my opinion there were four major school shootings in what I call the modern era. There was Columbine, Red Lake, NIU, and Virginia Tech. If you went up to the average person on the street not only would I doubt that they would be able to tell you who the shooters were in those instances most of them probably couldn’t even tell you that there we’re shootings at Red Lake or NIU. Most people only know the names of the most infamous of criminals. They remember names like Lee Harvey Oswald, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, Timothy McVeigh, Charles, Manson, Osama Bin Laden and the like. I doubt most anyone could name Jeff Weise or Stephen Kazmierczak. For most of these shooters their ‘fame’ is fleeting at best. Even if Adam Lanza did want fame there’s not a lot he can do with it from hell.

MISINFORMATION: Nobody should be really surprised about this one. We live in a society where we need information now regardless of whether or not it’s correct. Somebody on Twitter said that they have never seen the media act so irresponsibly in a time of tragedy before. I replied back to them, I have, it was 13 years ago. How much misinformation was reported at the time of Columbine that still persist as pervasive myths today. In that time the national media really hasn’t learned anything and I doubt they ever will. Journalism in its myriad forms is not about reporting the truth anymore, it’s about being first and getting as many eyeballs as possible on their particular outlet.

It also didn’t help that a lot of people on social media wouldn’t wait for any kind of verification before repeating it ad nauseam on their respective profiles. How many times was Ryan Lanza’s Facebook passed around before it was confirmed that his brother was the shooter? We weren’t exactly helping ourselves with that one.

THE VICTIMS: Let’s never forget who this is really about. It’s not about your religion or lack of one and it’s not about your political views or your favorite politician. It’s about the over two dozen people, mostly small children who tragically and needlessly lost their lives on Friday.

One name I purposely left off the victims list was Nancy Lanza and not for reasons you may think. She most definitely was a victim. Please keep that in mind as the Lanza family has to also deal with this tragedy. Ryan Lanza and his father not only lost a son and brother and a mother and (ex-)wife but will probably live with the guilt of this tragedy. Please keep them included with your prayers and thoughts of the all the victims.

Freedom High plotter sentenced to 15 years

Jared Cano (poor baby)

Jared Cano (poor baby)

Foiled Freedom High School shooter Jared Cano sentenced to 15 years in prison:

The last I had heard after 18-year-old Jared Cano pleaded no contest to plotting to attack Freedom High School in Tampa his defense attorney said that he was only looking at possibly 1 year in jail. If I was Cano I would fire him since last week Cano was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

On my last post about Cano even I thought a year would have been fine since the kid is a full-blown idiot and would have been lucky if he didn’t trip over his own ineptitude trying to carry out his master plan.

Imagine my surprise last week when I read that he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Am I saying that he should get a reduced sentence? Not at all. It’s finally nice to see a judge who takes these things seriously without falling into the ‘think of the children’ trap.

Cano had this to say prior to his sentencing…

“I don’t want to be the bad guy. I want to be the good guy. The state ain’t gonna make an example. They’re gonna put me in prison. Let me make an example. I had a bad life. Let me change it around and do something good, not bad. Don’t make me the poster child for something evil. Let me be the poster child for something good. Let me do right. Give me a chance to do something right. To make my family proud. I don’t want all these people to think I’m crazy, trying to kill everybody. I want people to look at me as someone who was wrong and changed… and did something right.”

Too late scarecrow, you had that opportunity before you planned to kill as many people as possible at your school. Now you’ll have to wait for 15 years to change.

Guy who tried to have his wife raped through craigslist rejects plea deal

Justin Crawford

Man who allegedly solicited men to rape his wife through Craigslist rejects plea:

Justin Crawford is the guy from Twin Falls, Idaho who allegedly tried to have his wife raped by placing ads on craigslist posing as his wife saying she was into rape fantasies. This resulted in two men on two different instances showing up to their house to try to rape her.

I’ve detailed before how stupid I think he is and how stupid his plan was, not to mention downright abhorrent. Well, the stupidity doesn’t end there. Recently Crawford rejected a plea deal that would have seen him get 10-15 years in prison. That’s a bargain for a scumbag like this if you ask me. I wouldn’t be surprised if this moron tried to defend himself at trial. By all means, go right ahead. I only hope against hope that after he’s convicted he receives a lot more time than 15 years.

Again this highlights the need for craigslist to moderate their site for twisted cowards like this. Yet people still use the site like there’s no danger at all and I keep pushing this rock uphill.

Detrimental Breeders of Delaware

Hohn and Watterson (He’s both the eggman and the walrus.)

Escape prompts abuse charges:

In Newark, Delaware a 12-year-old boy went from door to door looking for an ex-schoolmate of his. He hadn’t seen him in several months and didn’t know exactly where he lived. All he knew was that he lived across the street from the school. When he finally found the house he was looking for the parents of the boy found a barefoot and bruised boy suffering from malnutrition. They took the boy in and fed him for what they say was four hours.

The parents of the friend called police and while on the phone a car pulled looking for the boy. A woman from the car said they were looking for a boy with bare feet. The friend’s father smartly and thankfully said…

Nope, hadn’t seen him. Why don’t I take down your number and if I see him, I’ll give you a call.

Which he promptly turned over to police.

Arrested were the boy’s sperm donor, 41-year-old Robert J. Hohn III, and the step-monster, 39-year-old Shannon Watterson. It turns out that the boy had allegedly been kept locked in his room since September, was only provided minimal food and was only allowed out to go to the bathroom. Considering the bruises I’m going to say that he probably got his fair share of beatings too but that’s just me.

His siblings were allowed to go to school while the boy was ‘home-schooled’. Now before you home schoolers get all righteous on me, save it. While there are many great parents who do a great job in home schooling their kids however the reality is that many abusers use it as an excuse to hide child abuse. I wish the state would do more to prevent this but that’s another rant for another day.

It get’s better. Hohn and Watterson’s attorney says it’s not as bad as it seems. The lawyer says that boy had discipline issues with running away and hurting himself. If I had to hang wet clothes in the rain while being sprayed with a hose in the fall I’d probably want to runaway too. On top of that the only furniture in the boy’s room was a bare bulbed lamp and the door knob was put in backwards so it could only be unlocked from the outside. But it’s no big deal right?

Here’s what I don’t get. Being an actual human being with feelings how could they stand to see their son malnourished like that. Back when my stepson was this boy’s age he came down with a nasty virus so bad that we had to take him to the ER. While he was in the treatment room waiting to be admitted his eyes were so sunken that I thought we were going to lose him. I literally ran from the room in the tears so he wouldn’t see me cry. I could never imagine withholding food intentionally from a child where he wastes away to that point.

Now they’ll know what it’s like to be in a room where they can’t get out. They both should be starved and beaten with a sock full of wood screws.

Thanks to Kelly for the tip.
