38-year-old of Steven Wayne Robinson, of Daisetta, Texas, is accused of allegedly sexually abusing children including an infant and then trading the images through Kik and Dropbox. This one is a real piece of filth…
That user initially said he created the contents of a folder named “baby niece,” but later admitted that another Kik account holder produced the films and makes “new videos every weekend.”
He’s looking at a mandatory 15-year-minimum. Let’s hope he gets closer to the maximum.
33-year-old William Henry Steinhaus IV, of Brunswick, Maryland, has been indicted on child porn and sex abuse charges. Steinhaus was arrested last year after allegedly sharing child porn on Kik with a federal investigator. Authorities also believe that Steinhaus violated a 2-year-old girl and shared the images with other Kik users. He’s looking at a 100 year sentence.
UPDATE 12/10/2016: Steinhaus has pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child to produce pornography.
UPDATE 3/18/2017: Earlier this week, Steinhaus was sentenced to only 25 years behind bars. Not nearly enough for such a vile cretin.
UPDATE 3/24/2017: Steinhaus may be facing an additional 25 years behind bars…
“It was actually separate crimes even though they were intertwined, because he was abusing the child, and he was also digitally recording and sharing it. He was charged federally with the making of the child pornography, and, locally, he was charged with the abuse of the child,” said Frederick County Maryland’s Assistant State’s Attorney Tammy Leache.
If he gets the additional time, that may be a more fitting sentence.
Kik may want to start being more aggressive in their efforts to rid its services of child porn before it’s known as the preferred messaging app of pedophiles and sex offenders. That can’t be good for their bottom line.
