27-year-old Christopher Kuhn, of Hamilton, New Jersey, is a heartless selfish bastard of the highest order. Not only did he allegedly cause the motor vehicle accident that killed his own 2-year-old son, but the reason he did it was so petty it’s almost hard to believe.
Kuhn was said to have tried to shoplift a soundbar for a TV from a WalMart in Levittown, Pennsylvania. He reportedly had his 2-year-old son, Qadan Kuhn, in tow. When security saw Kuhn trying to steal the $228 speaker, Kuhn tried using his son as a human shield to put distance between him and security. When Kuhn made it to the parking lot he put his son in the vehicle and took the time to put a sweatshirt over the license plate. What he didn’t take the time to do was secure his son into the vehicle in any way.
While fleeing the scene, Kuhn ran a red light where he was t-boned by another vehicle. The impact caused the vehicle to roll and his son to be ejected from the vehicle. Then comes one of the most heartless things I’ve ever read.
Authorities told CBS Philly that as his son lay dying in the street, Kuhn walked over to the small boy — then stepped over his body and fled on foot.
A 2-year-old boy now lies dead just so this assclown could get better sound out of his TV without having to pay for it. What makes you think you deserve to take anything for free? What have you accomplished in your life that entitles you to anything? It’s obviously not your parenting or domestic skills since you’ve been arrested for holding a screwdriver to Qadan’s mother’s throat while she held him. You are lower than vermin and didn’t deserve to have any kind of guardianship over that poor child who died in such a violent manner. It’s too bad that in Pennsylvania you’re only looking at a max of 40 years for third-degree murder charges. Hopefully the ancillary charges of theft, homicide by vehicle and endangering the welfare of children will keep you incarcerated for the rest of your wretched and worthless life.
30-year-old Colleen Nichols was allegedly found behind the wheel of her vehicle after overdosing on prescription pills in Boca Raton, Florida. In the back of the vehicle was her 4-year-old daughter who just wanted to go her preschool. It doesn’t sound like the car was involved in any kind of collision, thankfully. However, the vehicle was unlocked with Nichols slumped over the wheel. A witness called 911 and EMT’s had to use Narcan to revive her. Reports say Nichols took an almost 30 day supply of Klonipin in a little over a day. After Nichols returned to consciousness, first responders asked her where she thought her daughter was and Nichols was said to have responded by saying: “I don’t know, I must have blacked out, I’m under a lot of stress.”
How much ‘stress’ do you have to be under to take a month’s worth of Klonipin in less than a two-day period? Unless you’re a four-fingered member of a bomb squad in Afghanistan, you’re not under that much stress. Then again, it’s a common characteristic of drug addicts to blame everyone but themselves for their behavior. They tell the most outlandish lies in order to try to get their fix and expect you to believe them. In too many cases, addicts don’t care who the repercussions of their actions affect, even if it’s their own children.
Prescription drug abuse is now the worst drug abuse problem in the U.S. today. Unfortunately, most addicts don’t think they have a problem, and can’t start recovering until they do. The Mayo Clinic website has a detailed guide on how to stage an intervention in case a loved one has a substance abuse problem.

Terry Williams of North Carolina recently took to YouTube to post his plea to parents to stop leaving their kids in hot cars. In the video Mr, Williams states that he’s in his car in Raleigh, North Carolina on a 90 degree day. Living in North Carolina myself I can attest that the summer has been pretty brutal here as it usually is.
Jeffrey Miller Wallace, 36, and Alphalena Jo Littlejohn, 30, were arrested recently for smoking meth in the parking lot of a Spartanburg, South Carolina Hospital. Police also say that the pair were there over night smoking meth while their kids, ages 6 and 1, were in the car not properly dressed for the weather. I live in the Carolinas and while we haven’t had the bitter cold weather that has been happening in the North, overnight lows have been in the 30s. If not properly dressed and kept in the car like that overnight children that age can succumb to exposure.
Allegedly the pair of tweakers have admitted to smoking meth but claim they didn’t smoke it in the car with the kids. I guess that makes it ok then. Also there was no food in the car but there was an open container of booze. I wonder if that was for the kids since mommy and daddy had their delicious meth to smoke.
I wonder if they sold their kids clothes on the way to their dealer.
They may have been using the hospital parking lot since DSS was already on to them.
Is it just me or does daddy methtard look like Squidward? I didn’t know they had tweakers in Bikini Bottom.
Police in the Florida Keys pulled over 46-year-old Robert Rioseco after he was allegedly clocked doing 87 mph (140 kmh) and then doing 127 mph (204 kmh) down the Overseas Highway. Police say that when he got out of the car he reeked of booze and that three of his young children were in the car with him. Rioseco refused to submit to any sobriety tests at the time of his arrest. The kids were turned over to their mother and were relatively unharmed.
Now some may think that this is a funny story since no one was hurt but I beg to differ. My dad was a drunk and he used to drive us around drunk all the time. This was during the 1970s before DUIs were seen as the reprehensible crime that they are now. Just him driving us to the local mini mart while drunk was terrifying enough for me. I can’t imagine how terrifying it must have been for these kids going over 120 mph on a bridge that is mostly just surrounded by water. One careless mistake and we could have been talking about how much of senseless tragedy this was after they fished the kids out of the Atlantic Ocean.
Not surprisingly this was Rioseco’s 9th arrest in the area.
A lot of times when I write a DUI story we all have a laugh at the idiot who got behind the wheel drunk with their kids in the car but in those cases the child wasn’t hurt. In this story there will be no joking around.
In the middle of January 24-year-old Megan Douglas was driving along Highway 77 near Lyons, Nebraska when she crossed over the line and struck another car head on. Police say that she was driving in excess of 80 miles per hour when she struck the other car. Miraculously no one in the other vehicle was seriously hurt. Unfortunately Douglas’ 4-year-old son Zachery was ejected from the car and died on the scene.
Neither Douglas nor Zachary were wearing any kind of restraints. Police say that Douglas had a BAC of .216. That’s almost 3 times the legal limit which means she was pretty well shitfaced while driving with her son unrestrained in the car.
I hope those cans of Natty Ice or whatever it was you got hammered on were worth it since they cost you the life of your son.
She’s looking at 20 to life but what I think ‘they’ should do with her and all murderous drunk drivers is sell them to the car companies to be used as real crash test dummies. I’m sure they can get more realistic results that way.
I grew up in the Atlantic City area. I also come from a family of successful gamblers. The one thing you learn in that kind of environment is that you never gamble to pay the bills. Apparently no one ever told that to Elizabeth Tato of Sanford, Florida.
Tato was in what the article calls a strip mall casino. If Florida has the same places that North Carolina has calling it a casino is a compliment. These are usually what they call sweepstakes places that have moved into a lot of low rent strip malls. There are no slot machines or gaming tables. Just a bunch of computers playing pre-determined sweepstakes type games.
So Tato was busy being ripped off when the friendly neighborhood repo man towed her car from the parking lot. What the repo man didn’t know is that Tato’s 11-year-old son was inside the car at the time.
As usual when kids are left in cars Tato allegedly claims that she was only in there for 15 minutes while the security guard says that she was in there at least for an hour.
Apparently she had no problem gambling with the welfare of her child.
Stoned man driving with 3 children in car, police say:
I got two things to get out of the way first. Trench’s current hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina is the Queen City, not Cincinnati. I’ve never heard of a Queen Cincinnati. Secondly that is in fact the dude’s mugshot and not his driver’s license picture.
Anyway the dude in question is 33-year-old Timothy Leon Johnson. He was stopped in Charlotte for not only being allegedly high as fuck but for also having weed in the car. Also in the car were a 6-year-old boy, a 6-year-old girl, and a 14-year-old boy. Now the article doesn’t say Johnson’s relation to the children but since he was charged with child abuse I’m going to assume they’re either his, his girlfriend’s who was in the car with him, or some combination of both.
Johnson was stopped at 6:47 pm. To me that sounds like a real winner who was smoking dope all day then had to pick the kids up. Do you know what kind of people drive while they’re high or drunk? Addicts, that’s who.
In Pinal County, Arizona 35-year-old Delfina Gaitan was charged with DUI while her 9-year-old daughter was asleep in the back seat unrestrained.
While being questioned by police Gaitan allegedly claimed that she only had five beers and claimed that on a drunkenness scale of 1 to 10 that she was at about a four. No word on if those 5 beers were 40oz. bottles of malt liquor because Gaitan was said to have blown an impressive .235 BAC. That’s pretty close to 3 times the legal limit.
So on BB she’s not a four however she does come in at #5 on the BB BAC Board. Considering the leader had a .392 being ranked at #5 is still pretty bad.
