Florida Snapchat sleaze stalked school

Florida Snapchat sleaze stalked school

Jordan Waters

At the young age of 20-years-old, Jordan Waters, of Spring Hill, Florida, was already on five years probation for soliciting a 14-year-old girl for sex over Facebook Messenger. I guess the threat of prison didn’t stop him from his acrimonious activities as he’s been arrested again for a similar crime.

Police in Hernando County, Florida, say that Waters allegedly found the Snapchat username of a 14-year-old girl and sent explicit images of himself to the girl and solicited her for sex. When the girl told him that she was 14 Waters reportedly responded with he didn’t care how old she was. To make matters worse. Waters would allegedly stand outside of the school the girl attended and would watch the students being dismissed from school. It also turned out Waters was contacting other students from the school as well.

Police were able to pose as one of the victims and convinced him to meet at a park where Waters was promptly arrested.

If I was still a parent of school age children, this story would scare the hell out of me. Waters lived only a block from the school. Even though he was on probation and not on the sex offender registry, why was he still allowed to be so close to the school? I doubt even if he was on the registry he still wouldn’t have been dissuaded from doing what he wanted to do, but this is a definite oversight. We need to stop handling these creeps with kid gloves and give them sentences that will keep them away from our kids.

8-year-old girl tricked into sending explicit pics on Live.Me

8-year-old girl tricked into sending explicit pics on Live.Me

An 8-year-old girl from Detroit was tricked into sending nude pictures of herself over the livestreaming app Live.Me. The person who requested the pic has not been apprehended, however, he is said to have posed as 13-year-old boy in order to get the pictures.

While it’s reprehensible that any human being would ask for such things, it does show a greater problem when it comes to parenting in a digital age. The girl’s mother was not aware the girl had the app even though she says she regularly checks her daughter’s phone. I’ll leave current parents of young children to debate whether or not 8-years-old is an appropriate age for a child to have their own cell phone. Anyway, the girl’s mother said the girl only had the app on her phone for a day and a half and the mother also thought the app was just a game.

As I posted previously, according to Live.Me’s terms of service a user has to be at least 13 to use the app, but you have to be at least 18 to download it. There’s actually no way for Live.Me to enforce those terms. They’re basically there so Live.Me isn’t held liable in just such a situation.

If you’re a parent of today’s kids whose worlds revolve around their devices, you need to educate yourself on what apps are safe and which ones aren’t. You also need to know how to enable parental controls on your kids’ devices. Here are the instructions for Andorid devices, and here are the instructions for devices using Apple’s iOS. If you’re not technically inclined, it may seem like a daunting task to keep your children safe online, but isn’t it worth it to take the time to learn? Your kids’ safety may just depend on you taking the time.

Mass. Kik kreeper wanted sex with 6-12 y.o. girls

Mass. Kik kreeper wanted sex with 6-12 y.o. girls

31-year-old William Shenette of Webster, Massachusetts, was arrested recently for allegedly trading child porn on the mobile messaging app Kik. No word on how authorities were tipped off to Shenette, however he was said to have been in possession of at least two child porn videos.

In addition to that, Shenette is also accused of sending an underage boy a picture of his junk, and chatted with someone on Kik saying he wanted to have sex with girls between the ages of 6 and 12 (child rape). None of this should come as any surprise as Kik is awash with sex offenders, pedophiles, and child porn collectors.

Kik is doing nothing to try to shed this image either. Don’t rely on them to protect your kids.

Ohio teacher sends nude Snapchat to student

Ohio teacher sends nude Snapchats to student

You know, it’s gotten to the point every time I see a story about a teacher sending out nude pics on Snapchat, I almost automatically assume it’s a female teacher ‘seducing’ a younger male student. Imagine my surprise when I clicked on the link to the news article to find this…

Ohio teacher sends nude Snapchat to student

Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith is a substitute teacher who worked at the Scioto County, Ohio, schools. He’s accused of allegedly sending a nude Snapchat of himself to a female student and trying to get the girl to come to his home for sex.

What 67-year-old man thinks that a teenage girl is going to want to have sex with them? Unless you’re filthy rich or Taylor Swift’s grandfather, they’re not.

Also, my usual advice to parents applies here as well. Check your kids’ devices to know what apps they’re using and who their friends are on these apps. Be their parent, not their buddy. In this digital age there comes a time when you have to stop being the ‘cool’ parent and be a real parent.

Teacher caught Kik kreeping on student was ‘maintaining her trust’

Teacher caught Kik kreeping on student was 'maintaining her trust'

Jeremy McClusky

I know I talk about “To Catch A Predator” a lot. I became fascinated with the show just to hear the excuses the alleged predators would use after Chris Hansen would ask them to take a seat. The excuses used were usually something lame like “We were just going to hang out”, or absurd like “I came here to teach this little lady about the dangers of the internet.” So when I see one of these implausible excuses in print, they usually find their way to one of my websites.

Click here for more stories about Kik

This time the subject is 39-year-old Jeremy McClusky of Monroe City, Missouri. McClusky was arrested recently for allegedly exchanging sexual messages with a 14-year-old female student on the mobile messaging app Kik. I know, I’m as surprised as you are it wasn’t Snapchat, but I digress. The girl’s father found the messages between McClusky and the girl and contacted police. According to reports the discussions included such subjects as the girl “losing her virginity and her performing a sex act on McClusky.”

Before we get to the excuse, we have some victim blaming to add to the story. McClusky allegedly claimed the girl came on to him. In no way does that excuse anything. You are a middle-aged man in a position of authority over this girl. If you’re not immediately turning her down and informing her parents and probably the school board, you’re not worth your teaching diploma. Instead, McClusky claims he was counseling the student over self harm and was using the sexual messages “to help maintain her trust towards him.” And there it is, the ludicrous excuse that is supposed to justify deviant behavior. That’s also the technical definition of sexually grooming a child, so there you go.

Mich. teacher caught asking for nudes on Snapchat

Teacher caught asking for and sending nudes on Snapchat

Christopher Mahla

25-year-old Christopher Mahla was a teacher and girls soccer coach in Roseville, Michigan. He’s since been removed from his position after being arrested for allegedly sending explicit pictures of himself to at least two female students on Snapchat. He is also accused of asking for explicit pictures of the students in return. The two female students police know of are the ones who turned him in.

While Mahla is getting what he deserves, if the charges are true, he’s being held on $200,000 bond. The last teacher I posted about who sent explicit pictures to students was held on only $20,000 bond. What’s the difference? The previous teacher is female. I realize there are differing laws in different jurisdictions, but there seems to be a large disparity in bond and sentences between male and female offenders. They both appear to be a danger to children, but we largely give female offenders a pass because we somehow think that teenage boys don’t require the same level of protection from female predators. A pervert paradox if you will.

Police believe there may be more victims.

Anyone else who may have been a victim or who knows of one should contact the Roseville Police Detective Bureau at (586) 447-4510.

Snapchat sleaze accused of trading nudes with roommate’s underage sister

Snapchat sleaze accused of trading nudes with roommate's underage sister

Kevin Forst

Sometimes, I take heat from people who say that a child is more likely to be molested or solicited by someone they know rather than strangers online. While that is true, it doesn’t stop the people who are familiar with their victims from using social media to continue contacting them.

For example, take 26-year-old Kevin Forst of Bentonville, Arkansas. He’s accused of exchanging explicit pictures over Snapchat with a 15-year-old girl. That girl, from Florida, was visiting her sister in Bentonville, who was rooming with Forst. Forst was said to be flirting withe the girl while she visited, but the girl’s sister told them to knock it off.

Click here for more stroies about Snapchat

Reportedly, they didn’t knock it off because Bentonville police received a call from the girl’s father in Florida to file a complaint about Forst. It seems the older sister tipped of their father who checked the girl’s cell phone and found the images. Forst is said to have admitted exchanging pics with the girl and being aware of her age. Forst is currently out on bond.

Good on the sister and dad for teaming up to catch this scumbag. There are too many families out there who don’t have the knowledge to stop a ‘relationship’ like this from happening.

And hey, not a teacher.

California man charged with soliciting 6-year-old over Musical.ly

California man charged with soliciting 6-year-old over Musical.ly

(Story broke 6/3/2017)

We’ll get to the obvious question in due time, but first the facts.

Musical.ly is a social app where people can share videos of themselves, livestream and message each other. 25-year-old Jacob Eric Blanco, of Fresno, California, is accused of allegedly using Musical.ly and Kik, of course, to solicit girls under 12 to send him explicit images of themselves. Blanco was brought to the attention of law enforcement by a family from New York whose 6-year-old daughter was reportedly solicited by Blanco. Blanco is looking at a maximum sentence of 30 years for each count of sexual exploitation of a minor. Law enforcement are said to be looking for additional victims.

So I checked Musical.ly’s terms of service and you have to be at least 13-years-old to use the app. While it’s fortunate the incident led to Blanco’s arrest, why in the blue hell was a 6-year-old allowed to be on Musical.ly? Have these people never been on the internet? Were they Amish people who left that practice behind and this was their first day in the pagan world?

No child needs to be left to roam freely online without parental supervision, especially a 6-year-old girl. There’s too many cretins like Blanco running wild online to leave your young children unattended on any internet connected device.

Mother arrested for sexual abuse and beastiality

Krystal Violet Norby

Mother arrested for criminal sexual assault

On January 14th, 25-year-old Krystal Violet Norby was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual assault and one count of bestiality.

The story begins on January 7th, when the US Postal Service Inspector, relayed a report from the Child Exploitation Unit of the Toronto Police Service, to the Chisago County Sheriff’s department.

The report, resulting from an undercover Internet investigation, stated that on Dec. 21, 2010, numerous images were downloaded from a peer-to-peer file-sharing network, know for trafficking child pornography.  The images depicted a woman, identified as Norby, two small children and a dog engaging in sexual acts.

A search warrant of Norby’s residence, found the structure and decorations to be the same as the ones shown in photos.  Toronto police had located the address after an undercover agent engaged in a chat with Norby and verified her identity.

She was book on January 12th, her unconditional bail was set at $60,000 and conditional bail was set at $40,000, the conditions being, no contact with the children in photos, or any children, no access to computers, cameras or animals.

The children have been taken into protective custody.

This story makes me want to vomit.  I cannot understand how anyone could do something so heinous to a child let alone their own.

The link below is unrelated but has a photo of Krystal and her 11-month-old daughter.

David Nack, child exploiter

David Nack

David Nack

Charges: Man had sex with girl after meeting on MySpace:

That’s 34-year-old David Nack of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. He’s been charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in 2005. Wisconsin’s age of consent is 18.

According to the Wisconsin Dells Police Department, the girl said she met Nack after he replied to her profile on MySpace (an online social networking Web site) and that she drove to meet him Nov. 2, 2005, to have sex. They met at a Walgreens store before going to his downtown Wisconsin Dells apartment, according to a criminal complaint.

The two smoked marijuana and Nack showed a pornographic movie on a television, the complaint states. Nack took pictures of the girl before they had sex, according to the complaint, and stopped when she began to cry and told him to stop.

Nack told police the girl changed into a short skirt and let him take pictures of her.

I don’t know about you but where I come from if a woman says stop and you keep going that’s called rape.

Nack is being charged with child exploitation, sexual intercourse with a child, child enticement, and delivering marijuana to a minor.

It’s a little ironic that Nack has on his MySpace “Remember: karma is a bitch and it will come back to later in the game.”

Nack is looking at 42 years of karma.
